The room was impeccably clean and very roomy with a convenient kitchenette.

the front desk person "Lexi" was great. She helped out with a difficult check in, dishes, etc for the kitchen

the check in. Booked.net and ESA don't seem to communicate. It's a good thing I brought my print out, because there was no record of my res or pricing.

Great value for the money.

Internet is sub-par, actually non-useable for my business purposes. Motel 6 offers better internet download speeds for FREE, than what Extended Stay provides for AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. Forced to use my personal iPhone data for internet "hotspot." Same exact scenario encountered one week ago at Extended Stay in Fayetteville, NC.

The staff here were really nice and easy to talk to. The location was awesome, super close to all the shopping spots, restaurants, and even just a hop away from Mexico! 🛍️

The place was well priced. Everything was great, favourable location very close to a convenience store as well as Mexico and Texas, good experience. The provided service was great. Furthermore, the parking was on site and convenient.

The value for money at this hotel was great, especially with the comfortable room and convenient kitchenette and full-size fridge, perfect for families.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was to have more variety beyond just packaged food like granola bars and muffins.

Our room came with a bathtub 🛁 and a private bathroom stocked with all the essentials. The location couldn't have been better - right next to a supermarket and a convenience store just down the road.

Everything! I had to ask for everything from plastic glasses,coffee maker & all needed for a simple cup. It was like pulling the staffs teeth at times to no avail. I won't be returning or referring anyone to this hotel.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay in Laredo for work and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to help with things like the laptop password. The rooms were clean, spacious, and much nicer than expected for the price. The location was perfect and quiet, even though it was close to the highway. The morning breakfast was worth getting up early for, and I appreciated receiving the receipt at check-in instead of in the morning.

Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Suites in Laredo during my road trip. the room I got was clean, affordable, and had all the necessary amenities, including an iron. the availability of a shower and hair dryer was a nice bonus. the location was superb, close to a supermarket, as well as shopping malls and restaurants. I even had a quick stop at Buffalo Wild Wings for a drink before heading back to the hotel; it was only a short walk away, about 10-15 minutes.

Some of the staff members were super nice & friendly & accommodating. The lady who checked me in did take awhile on the phone with another customer, but did apologize for that. One of the employees even helped with the laptop pw & I was able to get online with her help. She was very efficient & did it in a friendly manner.

Had to ask for toilet tissue the first day I arrived. Some of the towels I used should be replaced-getting very thin.The roll left in bathroom was minimal. The cleaning staff should leave a roll when there is minimum sheets on the one left in room. There was a leak in the kitchen sink. Didn't need it so didn't call it in. I don't think the big rigs should park in same area as regular vehicles.
